Shipping Policies  

Most Items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. 

There may be a need to ship orders in more than one than one shipment (for example, if products come from different warehouses). 

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders!

If you are interested in expedited shipping please contact us with the items you would like, your shipping address, and how quickly you would like to receive them.

We currently ship items ONLY within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any US protectorates.

Typically, items will ship either United States Postal Service, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. We determine the means of shipping based upon timeliness and cost. Therefore, if using a PO Box address with your purchase please also provide a street address to prevent delay of shipping your items. If any questions concerning this please contact us. We want to get your products to you safely.  

Return Policy

You may return any unused like-new item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a refund.  Items must be in original packaging/boxes/plastic. Items must not have been removed from the backing paper or decal sheets and should include any instructions, tools etc that initially came with the product. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. Any packages that are refused or returned due to a bad address provided will be charged for the original shipping fees plus any return shipping fees charged by the delivery service.
**We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of personalized items. Those sales are final.

Backorder Policy

Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
