What methods of payment do you accept?

What is your Shipping Policy?

It is always our goal to ship your purchases as soon as possible. Most Items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Some customized or personalized items may take 1 to 10 days. If it takes longer than this, we will reach out to you via email. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Orders may be received in more than one shipment. Typically items are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or United States Postal Service.

We currently only ship within the continental United States.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. We can then help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection. We take our customers privacy and security very seriously!

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.
